Top single-plot bid per acre, not an average; plots differ in size and use.

Jul 2021 top bid (60.2) is a Golden Mile plot; the Neopolis plots that day went for 31.2-42.4.

Kokapet Nov-Dec 2025: four sales within 10 days (137.25, 151.25, 131, and 77.75 for a different layout).

Sep 2026 Kokapet point (120) conflicts with plot 17 reported at 136.5 in Nov 2025; unresolved.

Raidurg Oct 2025 (177) seen only as a benchmark in later reports; primary report not opened.

Raidurg dates are month-level (mid-month used for placement).
